Privacy Policy

If you ask for early access we store your email address, the plan you said you would pay for, the criteria you typed into the buy box, your expected timeline, whether you consented to email, and basic attribution about how you reached the page (referrer and any campaign parameters in the URL).

We do not ask for and cannot receive payment details. No card is collected anywhere on this site.

To send you the sample shortlist and early-access email you asked for, and to understand which kinds of buyers this product is useful to. Your buy box is used to assemble your shortlist.

We use PostHog to count anonymous steps through this page — a page view, a form being started, a signup completing. Those events carry an opaque identifier and never your email address, your buy box, or any other answer you typed. Session recording and automatic event capture are switched off.

Nobody, other than the infrastructure providers needed to run the service: our database host and our email provider. We do not sell personal data, and we do not show one buyer’s criteria, notes or shortlist to another.

Until you ask us to delete it, or until this experiment ends and the lead list is destroyed — whichever comes first.

Every email we send has a one-click unsubscribe. You can ask us at any time for a copy of what we hold about you, or for it to be corrected or deleted, by emailing us. We will action deletion requests within 30 days.
